WHAT REALLY MATTERS IN LIFE

Loneliness can be very dangerous for health and it can cause depression and other illnesses. Nevertheless, there are different ways for older people to connect with others and feel useful.
They can invite friends for tea, having a chat with a friend or relative over the phone, and if your family or friends live far away, you can use a computer to talk with them. There are so many things you can do!
In my opinion older people are very sensible and we must take care of them. So, we can help them!
